I have had therapy / Counselling, which were great for me at the time but something was missing. I still lacked identity and found myself still living in the past. With Dan’s help over the last few months we have had some major breakthroughs which include me now returning to college to study catering and with the idea of setting up my own mobile food stall. I have renewed purpose and have lost the label of just being a father / husband which at the time I was finding it hard to deal with. He has provided me some fantastic tools, which I have been able to put in to my routine and helped me normalise negative self talk. I do not feel alone anymore through his guidance it really has taught me that all us men experience similar without talking.
I have just finished a 12 week course with Dan. Where do I start! – I've learnt how to overcome previous traumas from past relationships and how to calm my thoughts and feelings in the future. Dan is not only a great bloke who understands the struggles of everyday life, he works as a best friend with no judgement and provides clear, honest feedback/support throughout. Dan has helped me so much and I now have many tools and techniques to use moving forward should I ever need to overcome difficult obstacles. I’d have no problem in recommending Dan and his services to anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves! Thank you Dan for all your help!
Honestly I feel very grateful to have Dan in my life, especially whilst I still struggle with my own self-worth, confidence and purpose. It is comforting to have such a beacon of light that helps me with my own self acceptance as I grow once more. I would recommend to anyone to have this relatable and friendly human being as their coach. I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner in all honesty, but I guess such is the male stigma around it all.
